Cancellation policy

Stop future support renewals without a conversation you don't want to have.

You're in control

Sign in to your account, find the relevant subscription and choose Review cancellation. Stripe shows a confirmation before applying the change. You can also open the billing portal from your account.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals for that subscription. Confirm before the next renewal begins; cancelling after a charge has started does not reverse it. Each recurring contribution is independent, so cancel each one you want to stop.

Opening the cancellation screen is not itself cancellation. Check the confirmation and the subscription's updated status. If you cannot sign in or something goes wrong, contact Cole Speelman at support@gamertan.com.

Cancellation and refunds are separate. See the refund policy for a completed payment. Any rights required by applicable law remain available.
